In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, frontline workers and healthcare staff can take advantage of discounted nightly hotel rates at Executive Hotels & Resorts – offering comfort and relief during an otherwise isolating pandemic situation. These hotels have special services dedicated to supporting these frontline workers as they may become isolated from loved ones due to it.
On Saturday in Marion County, West Virginia, law enforcement and first responders lined Interstate 79 along its path through Marion to pay respects to Sgt. Cory Maynard who passed away while on patrol, moving his body from Charleston to Pittsburgh via the Fairmont Gateway Bridge.

With 18 full-time officers, 4 part-time officers, a records technician and 1 administrative staffer on staff, his agency strives to meet community needs effectively.
