Verizon is one of the United States’ premier wireless networks and regularly provides discounts and promotions to its customers, such as their fios internet first responder discount – which could save up to $100 annually on home television and internet services.
This discount is offered only to eligible federal, state, and local law enforcement, fire, EMS or rescue services personnel, whether active duty, retired, or volunteering at the time of application. Furthermore, only employees with valid professional identification cards qualify; not applicable for business or prepaid mobile plans.
To qualify for Verizon Fios Internet First Responder Rates, customers must present valid professional ID and be active customers. You can verify your identity either online through Verizon website or at a physical store location, and once this documentation is in hand you can sign up for new plan or add the discount onto existing account.
