Liquid I.V.’s own pages name no first responder discount, and the route that does exist is cash back through Rakuten. Rakuten lists Liquid I.V. as a store, and it pays you after the order tracks instead of lowering the price at checkout. ID.me says it isn’t aware that Liquid I.V. offers first responders a discount either.
Liquid I.V. sells drink mixes in single-serve sticks. Its FAQ is organized by product line, starting with Hydration Multiplier, and its shop also runs a subscription program and a membership program with reward points. If you’re stocking a go-bag or a station cabinet, the practical question is which of Liquid I.V.’s own savings you can use, so those are covered below.
How To Get The Liquid IV First Responder Discount
There’s no first responder discount to claim on Liquid I.V.’s side, so there’s no verification step and no code to hunt for. The route that exists runs through Rakuten:
- Create a free Rakuten account if you don’t have one.
- Open Liquid I.V.’s page on Rakuten and choose Shop Now so Rakuten sends you to Liquid I.V.’s site.
- Place your order in that same visit.
- Afterward, check your Rakuten account to confirm the order tracked.
What Liquid I.V.’s Own Pages Show
The pages read were Liquid I.V.’s home page, its FAQ, its subscription page, its membership page and its shipping and return policy. None of them names a military, first responder or other group discount, and the usual addresses for one (/pages/military-discount and /pages/first-responder-discount) return the site’s not-found page. The savings that do exist are open to everyone. The subscription page says “No waiting for deals, get 30% off every order, anytime,” and the site says shipping is free on orders over $40.
Returns, Which Affect Your Cash Back
Liquid I.V.’s policy says to contact [email protected] within 60 days of delivery to start a return, and that it can only accept returns and provide refunds for orders purchased through liquid-iv.com. It also says all orders of $400 and above are final and can’t be returned or refunded. Standard shipping is listed at 3 to 6 business days, free over $40. If you return an order, expect the cash back on it to be at risk too, so confirm how Rakuten treats returned orders before you buy a large bundle.
What To Watch With The Cash Back
This post doesn’t print a rate, because Rakuten changes its rates. Read the number on Rakuten’s Liquid I.V. page the day you order. Start every order from Rakuten, and skip codes you picked up elsewhere unless you’ve checked how they interact with your cash back. If you set up a subscription, check that its first order tracked in your Rakuten account before you count on it.
