Kings Island will honor teachers, first responders and healthcare professionals by offering free admission during select weekends in August as part of its Community Appreciation Days promotion. Starting Aug 2-4 with Teacher Appreciation Weekend for faculty and staff with valid school employee ID or valid teaching license along with photo identification as eligibility, this offer applies both at Kings Island theme park and Soak City water park.

Kings Island will also offer free admission for active fire, police, and safety personnel from August 9-11 as part of Public Safety Appreciation Days. You simply need a valid fire or police photo ID to take advantage of this offer; other qualifying occupations include 911 dispatchers, Border Patrol agents, crime lab technicians, EMTs, firearms examiners, hand writing examiners and intelligence analysts.
