Who Qualifies
Tactical Baby Gear names active police officers, firefighters and EMT professionals, plus active duty military and military veterans. It says active, so if you’re a retired officer or firefighter, ask before you count on the coupon. Customer service answers by phone or text at 843-380-6836, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
What The Coupon Covers
The discount applies to diaper bags and accessories, and the site’s banner calls it 15% off your entire order. If a baby carrier or a stroller is in your cart, check what the coupon takes off before you pay, since the program page only names diaper bags and accessories.
Shipping And Returns
Free shipping in the U.S. starts at $150, counted after discounts, so your order total with the 15% coupon applied is what has to clear it. You can return or exchange an item for a refund or store credit within 90 days of the purchase date.
