The Lifetime Warranty
Pnuma backs its gear with a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. That includes failures from manufacturing defects and faulty zippers, seams, snaps and stitching.
The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidents and misuse like snags, cuts, burns or improper care, ozone treatments, cosmetic damage such as stains, or alterations and repairs by third parties. If an item qualifies but can’t be repaired or replaced, Pnuma issues a store credit e-gift card for the original purchase price.
To make a claim, you submit photos of the issue, proof of purchase if you have a receipt, and a short explanation. Pnuma’s team reviews the request within 2 to 3 business days. If it’s approved, Pnuma repairs the item, replaces it with the same item, or issues store credit. Anything you send back has to be clean and free of debris or odor. The Heated Core line has its own terms: the electrical parts, including batteries and chargers, carry a one-year warranty.
