Steel Supplements gives police, fire and EMT customers 30% off through a one-time code from VerifyPass, and its own Military, First Responders & Medics page says so. You verify on that page, get a code for one order, and come back for a fresh one each time you buy, with a limit of one code every 24 hours.
Steel Supplements is a Sarasota, Florida company that sells dietary supplements and fitness apparel online. Its About page says Jason Huh founded the brand in 2016, and its returns address is a Sarasota street address. If you buy a lot of one product, or you order for the whole crew, the details below decide what you actually pay, so they’re worth reading before you check out.
How To Get The Steel Supplements First Responder Discount
The program lives on one page, linked in the site’s menu as Military, First Responders & Medics. Here’s the path:
- Open that page and find the First Responders tile, which reads Police, Fire & EMT and shows 30% off.
- Tap it to get your code, then sign in to VerifyPass and verify your status.
- VerifyPass gives you a one-time discount code. Enter it at checkout.
- Next time you order, go back to the page and repeat the first step to get a new code.
The page puts the limit plainly: one code per 24 hours. The code is for a single purchase, so there’s no single code to save in your phone for later.
Who Qualifies, As The Page Words It
The first responder tile names Police, Fire & EMT, so EMS is covered by name. The same 30% shows for Military (Active Duty & Veterans), Healthcare Workers (Doctors, Nurses & staff), Teachers (Pre-K-12 & Professors) and Students (High school & University students). VerifyPass lists the offer under First Responder & Government Discount, with a 30% discount. If you work in a role the tile doesn’t name, such as dispatch, the verification step is how you find out, not the page copy.
Subscriptions And Codes Don’t Mix
Steel Supplements runs a subscription program that takes 15% off every subscription order and ships subscription reorders free in the United States. Its subscription page answers the stacking question directly: “No, the subscriptions are already discounted and any other discount codes can not be used.” So you’re choosing between the two. The first responder code is the larger percentage, 30% against 15%, but it’s good for one order at a time, while a subscription repeats on its own schedule. Which one fits depends on whether you use the same product every few weeks or buy in bursts.
Shipping And Returns That Change Your Total
Free shipping applies to United States orders with a subtotal over $150, counted before shipping, handling and tax and after any discount or promo code. That wording matters here. With a 30% code, your cart needs roughly $215 of list-price items before the code to clear $150 afterward. Orders under that carry a shipping charge. Regular products ship out within 1 to 2 business days, and regular shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
The returns policy is strict. Steel Supplements accepts returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of the order date, and every return carries a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs. It doesn’t give refunds on opened products. If you’re trying a new flavor or product, order one container first and save the larger order for the one you already know you like.
