As people continue their busy lives, Cuver’s First Responder Discount strives to bring extra happiness into each day by serving perfectly seared ButterBurgers or seasonal Flavor of the Day creations that leave customers smiling as they exit their restaurant.
Culver’s in Edwardsville has worked diligently to prepare meals for local National Guard troops and first responders assisting in flood relief efforts along the Illinois River. Partnering with New Life Free Methodist Church of Jerseyville, they presented this meal Thursday at that location.
Food served included pot roast, green beans and bread as well as Culver’s frozen custard for dessert. Drew Brandt of the church noted that troops and first responders alike were thoroughly delighted by this meal prepared by Culver’s staff over four hours of hard work.
Culver’s also offered first responders a special discount at eight participating locations on Wednesday. First responders simply need to present their badge or ID at checkout for this offer to apply; please be aware that not all Culver’s locations may participate – be sure to visit their website for a list of participating restaurants and remember this promotion runs through May 31.
