Eufy’s own site lists discount programs for students, education and people 55 and older, but none for first responders, so there’s no discount to claim. The route that does exist is cash back through Rakuten, which carries eufy with a named offer.
Eufy sells home security and robot vacuums. Its home page is titled “Home Security System & Robovacs,” and its security menu lists outdoor cameras, a PoE NVR security system, indoor cameras, video doorbells, smart locks, an alarm system and smart lights. If you’re building out a camera setup, that’s the part of the catalog this page is about.
How To Get The Eufy First Responder Discount
There’s nothing to enroll in on Eufy’s side. ID.me’s page for Eufy US says it isn’t aware that Eufy US offers First Responders discounts, and the discount programs on Eufy’s own home page, which are the 55+ Year Old Discount, the Student Discount, the Education Discount and the Elder Discount, don’t include one for first responders or military. Here’s how the cash back route works instead:
- Create a free Rakuten account if you don’t have one.
- Open eufy’s store page on Rakuten and click Shop Now.
- Buy from Eufy in that same visit. Rakuten’s page says cash back is not available on gift card purchases or on price adjusted orders, so keep those out of the cart.
- Watch for Rakuten’s email. Its page says you shop, make a qualifying purchase, and Rakuten emails you when Cash Back is added to your account.
The cash back rate on Rakuten moves, so read it on the eufy page there instead of relying on a number here.
What Eufy’s Own Pages Show
Eufy’s home page lists its programs in two places. One menu reads “55+ Year Old Discount Student Discount,” and another reads “Education Discount Elder Discount.” Neither lists a military or first responder entry. Eufy’s address us.eufy.com/pages/govx-id-military-discount now redirects to its security collection page rather than a discount page.
The GovX Listing, And Why It Isn’t A First Responder Offer
GovX has a listing for eufy that shows “Save up to 20%.” The only group icon beside that offer is Education, which means it’s an education offer, not one for first responders. Before you count on it, check which group a listing names, because a GovX page for a brand doesn’t mean every group it serves gets the same offer.
Q&A
