Granite Peak
Situated within Rib Mountain State Park, this ski area offers trails suitable for all abilities and levels of skiers. It also has the state’s highest vertical drop as well as terrain parks, mogul runs and glade runs.
The resort’s ski patrol is available to provide assistance to all mountain guests and is always looking for new volunteers. Patrollers must complete training courses and provide services at least one day per week.
All first responders and emergency personnel who purchase a lift ticket or equipment rental from Granite Peak Resort will receive an exclusive Granite Peak buff to wear during their visit as a thank you for their public service. The buff serves as a visual cue to other guests that first responders are on site.
