Target, one of the world’s premier retailers, offers first responders an exceptional discount both online and in-store purchases. To qualify, individuals must be police officers, firefighters, correction officers or EMTs with valid proof of identification.
Best Buy
A major retailer, Best Buy offers special discounts to our nation’s heroes through an array of discounts across their entire inventory – cell phones, digital imaging products, computers and home theatre products can all qualify. First responders are eligible for up to 10% discounts off certain items.
Verizon Wireless While it remains unknown whether Verizon offers retail first responder discounts, they do offer significant discounts to both active and retired first responders. Their first responder plans provide unlimited plans starting at $25 monthly for four lines.
T-Mobile
Much like Verizon, T-Mobile also provides first responder discounts for both of its unlimited plans. For instance, its lower tier containing unlimited data and 3GB of hotspot data costs just $25 per line.
Costco
Like Walmart, Costco also offers first responder discounts which vary. When making online or in-store purchases, first responders need to present either their service ID card or First Responder Discount card at the point of checkout to be eligible.
