Staying on-site at Universal Orlando Resort hotels such as Cabana Bay can help reduce waits. Guests there can quickly gain entry through Volcano Bay with just a quick show of their room key, and will gain half an hour early entry with minimal waits at popular rides like Volcano Bay.
As another way of minimizing waits, arrive before the park opens and select your spot. Many rides feature “Ride Now” signs which allows you to bypass Virtual Line and ride immediately; other attractions, like Waturi Beach wave pool and two river features do not typically require waits between rides, making these great spots to hang out between rides.
Eligible service members can save on tickets to Volcano Bay with the Military Freedom Pass, which offers unlimited admission (without blackout dates) along with access to Universal’s theme parks, hotels, and entertainment options.
