Georgia Aquarium invites you to experience real oceanic life first-hand with an expansive collection of aquatic animals and immersive experiences. As a non-profit organization that inspires awareness and conservation efforts regarding marine ecosystems and life forms, this aquarium hosts various educational programs as well as special events for visitors.

On certain Mondays of each year, first responders can enjoy free admission to the aquarium – including career and volunteer firefighters, police officers, EMTs, paramedics, 911 operators and military personnel. Additionally, the aquarium offers discounts for groups of 15 or more.

Group tickets are ideal for birthday parties, boy scouts and girl scouts, club fish, conventions, educational groups, family reunions, sleepovers, summer camps, non-profit organizations and tour operators. Call the aquarium’s group sales office in advance and pay in order to take advantage of this special offer – please note: groups must arrive on the same day at the same time in order to qualify for this discount!

Georgia residents can gain free entry to an aquarium on their birthday by showing proof of residency and valid identification documents. This offer will run until December 31, 2023; alternatively, consider celebrating at Charleston Fun Park located in Mount Pleasant with 36 holes of mini-golf as well as activities such as axe throwing, bumper cars, virtual reality rollercoaster ride.
