The coronavirus pandemic has been an enormous strain on healthcare workers, first responders and other frontline employees. Their hard work protecting patients while helping keep the public safe has not gone unnoticed by many. As an expression of their appreciation, many companies have offered deals and discounts as ways of showing our thanks for all they’re doing.
Hanes offers casual wear for women, men and children at special discounts – especially to first responder communities. Their new Hoodie Hotline allows callers to find comfort after losing a favorite hoodie; an operator will help them cope with this loss while offering comfort as well as provide them with a 15% discount off any future hoodies purchased through this hotline.
Hanes provides military discounts to active duty military members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members and their families. If eligible, those who qualify can find it on Hanes’ website by clicking “Policy Information” link and providing their ID number. Several other companies also offer military-specific discounts: Foot Locker provides 15% for those serving; Jockey gives active military personnel, veterans and their families 10% discount; while Helly Hansen gives active servicemen and veterans an exclusive discount of up to 50 percent off outdoor and rugged weather clothing purchases.
