At Margaritaville at Sea Paradise in Florida, they’re honoring front-line workers with a free trip for teachers, first responders and veterans. Through 2023, active military service members, police, fire and EMS personnel as well as educators can enjoy one complimentary cruise to the Bahamas on board Margaritaville at Sea Paradise.
Starts Oct. 12
Margaritaville at Sea’s “Heroes Sail Free” promotion was extended to current and former United States military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, nurses, teachers and government employees as long as they traveled with a paying companion. Now the cruise line is waiving the price of one such “much deserved” trip every year until 2023 — an initiative being offered in partnership with online retailer GovX.
How it Works
To take advantage of this offer, first responders must register on the cruise line’s website and select “Heroes Sail Free” during checkout. They’ll then receive a discounted fare for an interior stateroom on a three-day, two-night sailing to Grand Bahama Island.
Guests can upgrade to an oceanview room for a nominal fee. Unfortunately, port fees and taxes are not included in the fare.
