Texas de Brazil is a family-owned churrascaria (Brazilian steakhouse) restaurant chain with locations both internationally and domestically. Combining Brazilian tradition with Texas hospitality, they provide customers with an authentic yet lively dining experience. Alongside grilled meats, Texas de Brazil also serves a range of side dishes, cheese bread and desserts from chef. A range of beverages such as wine, Guarana Antarctica (a popular soft drink made with Guarana fruit extract) as well as an impressive range of wine selection is offered as well as full bar menu selections; many locations also provide private or semi-private dining options for groups of 15 or more guests.
Prior to the coronavirus pandemic, Texas de Brazil offered first responders discounts at its restaurants. This offer still stands and applies to military members/veterans, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, nurses, EMS technicians and teachers who serve their communities. It cannot be combined with any other offers or gift cards from Texas de Brazil and isn’t valid on holidays.
At this restaurant, the salad bar is an appealing feature; be sure to sample their pineapple carpaccio which resembles smoked salmon with its creamy cheese toppers and mixed greens, avocado and smoked chicken accompaniment, along with their romaine salad with parmesan and heirloom tomatoes for something truly mouthwatering!
Similarly, the churrascaria is known for its variety of roasts and sizzling cuts of meat that can be cut at your table by the passadora (gaucho). Sample menu items may include picanha (beef cheek), garlic sirloin steaks, lamb chops, sausage links and filet mignon wrapped with bacon; additional seafood items and vegetarian offerings can also be found on offer at this venue.
