How To Get The Disney On Ice First Responder Discount

Disney On Ice’s own site lists no first responder discount, and ID.me’s page for the show says “Save on Tickets” without giving an amount. That wording is printed the same way for every group on ID.me’s page, so it isn’t an offer written for police, fire or EMS. If a family night at the arena is on your list, here’s what we found and what to do about it.

The official site describes Disney On Ice as a series of touring ice shows produced by Feld Entertainment under agreement with The Walt Disney Company. We read its home page, its FAQ and its tickets page, and none of them mentions first responders, military or any group rate. The home page invites you to sign up for updates on shows in your area, including special offers, which is the closest it comes.

How To Get The Disney On Ice First Responder Discount

There’s no code or badge rate to claim. This is the order we’d work through it:

  1. Pick your show date on the Schedule & Tickets page and note which arena it’s at. The FAQ tells guests to contact their local arena for its specific policy, and the arena or its ticketing partner is who you’ll be buying from.
  2. Sign up for the show updates on the home page if you have time before the date. The page says the updates include special offers for shows in your area.
  3. Ask the arena box office whether it has any first responder or department rate for that show. The Disney On Ice pages don’t describe one, so a rate, if it exists, would come from the venue.
  4. If you’re going with a big group, look for the Group Sales section on the show’s page. The FAQ says group tickets are available in select markets, and that section lists who to contact.

If you pay full price and want something back, the one route to money back is a Fluz virtual card, a general-purpose card that earns cash back on whatever you pay with it. Fluz has no Disney On Ice page, so this is a general card and not a show offer, and its rate moves.

What ID.me’s Page Says

ID.me has a Disney On Ice page, and its responder page answers yes to whether the show has a first responders discount or cash back offer. That’s as specific as that page gets. The store page lists the line “Save on Tickets” next to military, nurses, first responders and teachers alike, with no percentage or dollar figure, and it says deals can change at any time based on the store.

A line that reads the same for every group and has no amount isn’t something we can send you to claim, so this post doesn’t treat it as a program. If you’re already verified with ID.me, it costs a minute to open the page and see whether an offer shows up for your show, and the arena’s box office can tell you whether it will honor it.

What The Cash Back Check Found

Fluz has no Disney On Ice page, Rakuten returns its generic homepage for Disney On Ice, and TopCashback, Active Junky and Hoopla Doopla return not-found pages. MaxRebates’ search for Disney On Ice returns no store, though MaxRebates serves its home page for any store name it doesn’t carry, so that only rules out the names we tried. Price.com’s store list has no Disney On Ice page either. With no named cash back offer at the sites checked, this page is filed as unavailable.
